Pepsi’s new advertisement is finally out and we can’t decide what we love more: the stars, the music, the memories or just the way it made us feel.

Possibly the most  star studded ads we’ve seen,  the visual begins with Fawad Khan, an icon for the millennial Pakistanis, who takes us on a journey back to our childhood heroes all the way up to to the current icons.

We get to see Zoheb Hassan and Reema on television after a long time and each face brings back a rush of memories from Nazia & Zoheb’s disco music to Reema’s classical dancing to the amazing Vital Signs singing Dil Dil  Pakistan on top of a truck! We have flashbacks of old Pepsi advertisements, the phenomenal ’92 World Cup win and Wasim Akram’s wickets. All the  way down to Kashmir, winners of Pepsi’s Battle of the Bands, who must have grown up loving these icons just the way we did and couldn’t have imagined being a part of an advertisement including so many of the favourite Pepsi faces. The journey  is emotional, it’s nostalgic, it’s fun.

The limited edition retro cans look super cool and after watching the advertisement with the cans and bottles of each era, they seem to be more a representation of the respective Pepsi generation, and not just a container. We love it!

Thank you so much Pepsi for this amazing journey and for making us relive the music and the memories!!
