Earlier this week it had been reported that UK’s PM, Boris Johnson, had been admitted to the hospital and was receiving oxygen and treatment at St. Thomas’ as symptoms of the coronavirus had worsened. Reports are in that Mr. Johnson has been discharged and will be recuperating at his country home, not returning to work too immediately -in accordance of advice received from his medical team. The PM thanked the hospital staff for the brilliant care he received on his official twitter channel,

“It is hard to find the words to express my debt to the NHS for saving my life.”

Boris Johnson also expressed his gratitude towards the public effort to stay at home and stop the spread of the deadly COVID-19 virus.
