The Colour Trends for Fall

With fall season approaching so is our aesthetic, slowly removing the vibrancy of summer out of our lives and welcoming in slightly duskier tones suited to the shift in weather.

Whether you wish to revamp your wardrobe, changeup your go-to makeup palette or simply just try something new which matches your mood, here is a list of our favourite colours for fall!

Earth Tones

When we say 'earth tones' we are referring to nature, with dark greens, shades of brown and deep reds. These tones are not only a transition from a neon bright summer palette but they're also perfect for your ideal autumn look! With a shift in weather, we have a tendency to layer up. Why not mix & match with some deep tones to mirror the autumn change?

If we really feel like channeling the mustard tones with floral motifs and patterns to morph into a natural autumn shade we can dabble in lighter atmospheric shades too!

Red Wine

For fall fashion we expect the reds to be trending, ranging from maxi red to a deep orange with floral prints to highlight the seasonal glam. The dark tones accentuate the weather aesthetic going on which brings the look to attention.

Sunsets

We're loving the fusion of sunset hues with dusky lilacs and purple. The early sunsets make for themed outfit of the day with a gorgeous mix of patterns reflecting the lovely horizon and sunlight in fall.

Sorbet Pink

We're absolutely taken with the comeback of pastel pink and sorbet hues which celebrate the season. Matching formals with subtle colours including powder pink and pastels, the fall season is expecting to see a range of pinks to come!

Hats & Accessories

If you're feeling like customising and being bold with your fashion choices, you may be inclined towards hats this autumn. Last year berets' were all the fad but this year there's a new crew about town.

Satin-Lined Willa Short Brim Fedoras are pretty popular this season, as well as Cameron hats, Wide-Brim Floppy hats, or even Faye High Crown Ranchers to style up your earthy look! Hats also go well with monochromatic outfits and flared sleeves which are in this fall!

Goodbye Clutch, Hello Tote

It's time to ditch the clutch (for now) and grab a tote! Totes are back and trending this season in shades of lilac, classic blue, black, deep red and especially in brown tones with nude nuances to stylise your autumn look!

We hope this small pick of favourites for the fall have helped make up your mind about the seasonal trend. We look forward to picking out more trend alerts in autumn!
