Spotify Comes to Pakistan
Spotify is coming to Pakistan! Yes, you heard that right, the news comes as an official Instagram account of the site was discovered on Saturday, the 15th of November, titled "spotifypakistan".
Popular music streaming service, Spotify, has not been available in Pakistan for a considerable time now, to the disdain of many avid music lovers, as the Swedish media app provides an easily accessible service to artists and music compositions from around the globe, without any advertisements or payments necessary!
People are exhilarated about the arrival of Spotify in the country, which is extremely good news for the music industry. Not only will it make it possible to access the millions of songs available with a user-friendly interface, similar to apple music, but it will connect local artists with international ones as well! All genres of music will become available for everyone in Pakistan to jam to, whether it be mainstream, indie, house or cultural music!
We have yet to hear more news about the arrival of the 144 million subscriber strong service, but we can't help but be excited by the morsels of news about it's status in Pakistan!
