The idea is to empower the women in the country by;

• Seeding capital,
• Vocational training for aspiring, young talent of the society
• To highlight such women who are unable to establish their own identity simply due to the lack of opportunities.

The campaign is active to induct women throughout Pakistan and has initiated with a strict policy of a merit based selection criteria where women will get a chance to reveal their worth.
