In this time of social distancing, Team Edition presents the Quarantine Diary! We speak to some of our favourite A listers weekly and give you an update of how they are making it through this time!
This week we spoke to actor, Sheheryar Munawar:
What is one thing you make sure to do every day?
Bathe , meditate and pray.
Have you learnt a new talent or reverted to something you used to do but didn't have time to do which you're loving?
I started cooking and reading again.
How are you balancing WFH vs being present for family?
I think lack of time is no longer an issue for anyone. We all have a lot of time on our hands. I try to spend the first half of the day in my room, getting my tasks for the day done and the rest of the day is reserved for the family.
What workouts have you been trying out that you would recommend?
I do a 45-50 min HIIT session with zero breaks in the middle. I took an online one on one trial yoga class, which I really enjoyed. I’m going to be introducing that to my fitness regime as well now.

Your go to snack which you don't feel bad about having daily?
Special K breakfast cereal (if I’m craving junk, I’ll just take a handful from the box)
Give us a tip on how you personally battle anxiety.
I try to keep my mind occupied with positive thoughts plus I meditate and exercise everyday.
What have you learnt about yourself that you didn't know, in this time of social distancing?
The quarantine period has allowed me to look inwards,meditate and understand a lot of things about myself, however I’m not comfortable sharing any of them over here.
