Iman Ali is no stranger to speaking her thoughts out loud.

Most recently she had a few opinions on the models of the industry today, and of course the nation's heart throb Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan.

Following those comments, Frieha Altaf and even Maheen Khan had a few thoughts of their own and voiced those on Twitter:

After this, on HYS's show on Instagram, Iman had a reaction of her own, saying, "Frieha Altaf is a heartless woman. Knowing about my illness and being a friend who has seen my journey, she could’ve just called me. I don’t know why she went around saying all that nasty stuff."
