What is one thing you make sure to do every day?
To stay healthy, mentally and physically

How are you balancing WFH vs being present for family?
I am free as a bird, completely present with the family and enjoying my time thoroughly since I was always so occupied with work
What workouts have you been trying out that you would recommend?
A quick 35 min workout is something I look forward to everyday. I always enjoy High intensity workouts ending it with a session of meditation.

I follow a lot of hair related platforms, they keep me inspired since I really miss what I do

What have you learnt about yourself that you didn't know, in this time of social distancing?
I learnt that it’s very important to take time off from things and really truly understand which direction you’re headed towards. Sometimes in the chaos of everything around you, you lose focus and direction. It’s important to take time out for yourself and reflect
