Earlier last week there was a huge scandal which erupted on social media detailing the attack of Jawani Phir Nahi Aani actress, Uzma Khan and her sister Huma Khan.
The sisters were allegedly violated and harassed in their own home as Uzma spoke up in a press conference later the same week, detailing her stance and FIR which has been registered against the alleged daughters of Malik Riaz, Amber and Pashmeena Malik, and Amna Usman, wife of Usman Malik.
The Lahore Press Club held a press conference on May 28th over the pressing issue of how Uzma Khan and her sister were deeply violated in their homes by Amna Usman along with several (12) gunmen. The press conference was led by Mia Ali Ashfaaq, representing Uzma Khan started off the conference expressing to the press that everything that is said during the press conference should be given to the audience as it is without any tampering or doctoring.
Ali Asfaaq cleared an assumption in the start that the video leaked was not fake or done by relatives of Uzma Khan, that it was authentic evidence which showerd Amna Usman and her 12 gunmen that broke into the home of Uzma Khan. The leakage of the video that was shared by many in the country has done nothing but made the victims' (Uzma Khan and Huma Khan) case much stronger.
Ali Ashfaaq states very clearly that regardless of the adultery between Uzma Khan and Usman Malik, in section 452 of the Pakistan penal code that deals with trespassing no individual is allowed in another’s home without their permission but by force they are in violation of the law set forth.
The conference was grossly handled by the press without any patience to their questions or the answers that were given to them, being told to "relax" several times. Uzma Khan and Mia Ali Ashfaaq have confirmed that the house in question was in fact not Usman Malik's, and that she was being held at gunpoint, which was what prompted her to ask for a chance to speak. She has gone on to state that until now, Usman Malik continues to call and message her, as well as shutting down accusations made against her in Amna Usman's previous video.
Uzma has gone on to request IG Punjab to help her in getting the police to cooperate in this issue, claiming that she is receiving death threats against her life as well as her sisters.
"I have already died. What they did to me has happened in front of the world, trashing my reputation and name."
