Pakistan Super League (PSL) began its seventh edition with a boom. National Stadium witnessed one of the most exciting opening ceremony of all times. From live performance by the superstars of PSL 7 anthem, Atif Aslam & Aima Baig to Ramiz Raja, PCB chairman and Imran Khan officially commencing the event via a video message. Everything seemed liked an emotional story and an exciting beginning of new memories to follow. To enrich the opening ceremony, fireworks got the fans on toes followed by the most memorable moment from PSL.
The opening ceremony of PSL’s seventh edition involved an act that will be remembered for many years to come in the history. What we saw in three-minute act of Austrian skydivers, Florian Greger with 1500 jumps, Paul Steiner with 6100 jumps, and Stefan Muller with 1400 jumps takes courage that none other than Red Bull divers could do. Three of the divers took a dive from 5000 feet above the ground to showcase one of the electrifying dive. Leaving fans enthralled and pumped up just before the start of the match.
What could be better than this? It was absolutely thrilling to see divers absorbing the beauty of the city of lights and handing over the ball to umpire to kick start the first match of PSL 7, Karachi Kings Vs Multan Sultans.
The opening ceremony of PSL 7 was not all about the present and the future, it also celebrated the past. The fans welcomed the start of the new season with a loud roar.
