The eighth season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), which featured an enthralling match between Multan Sultans and Lahore Qalandars, came to an end with the most spectacular closing ceremony at Lahore's famed Gaddafi Stadium.
The eighth season of Pakistan Super League (PSL) concluded on Saturday night with a pitch so high that the crowd could really see it in the sky. Horacio Llorens, a Spanish paramotor and paragliding athlete with Red Bull, made history at the Closing Ceremony of PSL 8 at the Qaddafi Stadium in Lahore as he soared from Multan to Lahore.
The stunt was the most eye-catching display of aerial antics. The audience was treated to a unique and unforgettable experience as Llorens passed over the Badshahi Mosque, Minar-e-Pakistan, Lahore Fort, and the Ravi River.
The real surprise came as the video ended and the audience saw Llorens paramotoring above the stadium, much to their delight. Five-time world champion and Guinness World Record holder Red Bull athlete brought the surprise package containing Supernova - the PSL 8 Trophy!
