Detox – Juice Cleansing

Detox sounds like a nightmare when all you see is food around you, food on the TV, food on billboards and now there’s food even on your mobile devices!

It’s easy to get caught up in food, or for the food to get caught up in you. But hey! We have all stopped at one point or another to think how healthy is our diet?

Detox Juice Recipe:

Use a juicer machine to extract juice from all the foods below:

  • 1 apple (with skin)
  • 1 beetroot
  • 4 medium carrots
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 5-10 spinach leaves
  • Ginger root, Radish or Mint to taste
