Essential oils for hair not only promote hair growth but reduce hair fall, scalp dryness and split ends. Incorporating a particular oil in your hair care routine can make a huge difference to your hair texture and strength. There are multitudes of hair oils available all over the world, to make this easier we have compiled a list of our favourite essential hair oils for all the lovely ladies out there.
Argan Oil:
If you have dry and damaged hair then this is just what you need. Start using argon oil at least twice a week for silkier and shiner hair. Argon oil is added in many conditioners but why use them if you can use a chemical free, pure form of the oil and maximize protection form UV rays and heat.

Almond Oil:
This is the perfect ingredient to manage and protect dry hair if you use hot tools on a regular basis. Straighteners and curlers damage your hair really badly hence, to nourish your hair apply almond oil with a bit of lemon and you will notice your hair will look much healthier.

Castor Oil:
If you are a victim of extreme hair fall like most women, start applying castor oil right away. Castor oil contains Omega-6 fatty acids and Vitamin E which help in rejuvenation of your hair and scalp. It also prevents hair fungi, split ends and makes your hair darker and thicker in texture.

Tree Tea Oil:
Mostly famous for its acne removing properties, this essential oil also has the power of unblocking the hair follicles and boosting the immune system to be able to fight against the infections that lead to hair loss. To nourish hair inside out dermatologists recommend regular use. It also prevents hair lice, dandruff and oily hair.
We recommend: The Body Shop Tea Tree Oil
Lavender Oil:
If you have oily hair and you are looking for a way to moisturise your scalp in the right manner then we have found you an oil that not only is used in stress relief treatments but also prevents hair loss and hair greasiness. Lavender oil is the perfect solution to treat a dry scalp as well.
We recommend: Mixing pure lavender oil with any carrier oil to apply.
