Students with 16 years of education can now apply for admissions in a PhD degree, according to the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan Chairperson, Tariq Banuri.
Declaring the new strategies for PhD affirmations and undergrad schooling, the Higher Education Commission (HEC) has said that an undergraduate student can now straightforwardly apply for PhD in the wake of finishing his/her Bachelor's certificates.

According to the new approach, the most extreme length of a PhD degree will be eight years, with the minimum requirement being three years.
