It's a whole festival of films this Eid!

Eid ul Adha is super close so it’s time to take a good look at your wallets to see if you’ve saved up enough to treat yourselves to a heavy dose of entertainment provided by our beloved Lollywood this year! From action comedies to crime thrillers, we have it all.

Here’s what’s coming your way:

Quaid e Azam Zindabad

Our founder’s name associated with our country’s most loved actors, Fahad Mustafa and Mahira Khan, this feature is thought to be a sure-shot blockbuster! A cop-centered movie pointing out police bribery with a splash of romance and dance and a prominent message towards staying on the good side based on our quaid’s vision for our country seems like a promising flick! Also let’s be real we all dig the extraordinary tod podh in massive commercial movies.

London Nahi Jaunga

A whole year without Humayun Saeed? Not happening. The most awaited superstar is back with Mehwish Hayat and Kubra Khan as his heroines. This trio is surely going to shine on the box office. Framed both in Punjab and London this feature has lots to offer. Romance, comedy, emotion, and dance, ARY films is offering it all. London nahi jaunga is here to give a tough competition to Quaid e Azam Zindabad. On a side note, I’m intrigued to see Gohar Rasheed and Humayun Saeed’s bromance.

Carma the Film

Well what do I say about this one? I still haven’t come to terms with processing it! A coming of age revenge thriller is a first I’ve heard from the pakistan film industry, a never to be seen like character by Osama Tahir and Zhalay Sarhadi has me hooked, and how can I not mention Adnan Siddiqui? his commendable screen presence and charm will definitely take the script a notch higher. Not to forget we also have the humsafar fame Navin Waqar in a few frames bringing in a alot of promising content.

Lafangey

Since the trailer still hasn’t released yet of this one, we are sitting on the corners of our seat waiting to hear more. A horror comedy it is. Something we don’t hear much in the pakistan film industry, for now after the release of posters we know it has a steller star cast consisting of Sami Khan, Mani, Nazish Jahangir, Saleem Meraj, Mubeen Gabol, and Behroze Sabzwari. Personally I’m up for a fun filled yet scary ride this is going to be!

Thor: Love and Thunder

Reaching out to all those Marvel lovers out there, (including me) The God of Thunder is back and how! Christain Bale as the killer of gods fighting Chris Hemsworth featuring the new Asgard, I’m sure you must be sold here but just in case you’re not, Natalie Portman is back! And as the female version of Thor! A complete package of VFX, action, love and good looks (reenacting poo here) this will definitely be a part of our box office adventure this eid.

Hope you’ll get your prime time tickets book asap! Eid packed with cinema, here I come!
