Natalia Najam, 9, is based in Lahore, Pakistan. She has become the youngest person in the world to arrange the elements in the periodic table in 2 minutes and 42 seconds, the shortest time recorded!

The science enthusiast’s quick thinking has earned her a title in ‘The Guinness Book of World Records’. Natalia beat the previous record which was 2 minutes and 49 seconds, by 7 seconds and was overjoyed when the judges gave her the thumbs up, according the Gulf News.

The previous record was held by Indian economics professor, Meenakshi Agarwal. The budding scientist has admitted she hopes her achievement will inspire other children to take up careers or pursue them in the field of science, mathematics or technology as well. Her father attested that Natalia has not received formal schooling, rather she has been homeschooled.

Many are proud of the young girl’s accomplishment and have expressed encouragement on social media for ‘Pakistan’s Young Scientist’!
