Halfway through the month of Ramzan many of us are struggling to find healthy and delicious food options for sehri and iftar. Sure, nothing compares to pakoray and samosay but we have overdosed on those by now!

Wondering what our celebrities are having to keep fit and maintain their healthy diet, we turned to ask some of our favourites.

Ahsan Khan

The Udaari star is keeping busy avoiding fried foods and with his Ramzan show this year! “I’m having more protein, salads, fruits and oats to keep my diet balanced,” he told us.

Shahroz Sabzwari

From the looks of his social media, Shahroze Sabzwari is a regular at the gym, and here’s what his Ramzan diet looks like: “For sehri I’m having scrambled eggs and salmon and for iftar I’m having dates, fruits and grilled chicken.”

Ayesha Omar

Fashionista Ayesha Omar is keeping it simple like the rest of us, “I’m eating fruits, vegetables and regular food, nothing out of the ordinary.”

Saheefa Jabbar Khattak

In case you were wondering what models eat, Saheefa Jabbar Khattak told us! “I go light with my sehri and iftaari. Egg with bread along with milk and yogurt for sehri and greens and fruits in iftaar,” the model said. “Rather than having two heavy meals, I prefer having three light ones. Less oil is the key!”

Umair Jaswal

Musician Umair Jaswal’s sehri looks something like this: “One roti, six eggs omelette (four whites, two whole)  and yogurt.” While for iftar it’s dates, sugar free lemonade, fruit salad (again sugar free), juice or syrup and a protein shake.

However, Sunday is his cheat day and he eats “everything and anything that comes my way!”

Nausheen Shah

Nausheen Shah isn’t picky about her meals. “I eat only dinner in iftari and in sehri whatever I am given, along with lots of water,” she tells us.
