What is one thing you make sure to do every day?
Work out and pray
Have you learnt a new talent or reverted to something you used to do but didn’t have time to do which you’re loving?
A new skincare routine -toner, face wash, serum, face cream before sleeping. My face has become clearer and skin much more radiant. Also reading on history- the latest book that I’m reading is the letters written by Nehru to his daughter Indira Gandhi.
How are you balancing WFH vs being present for family?
Locking myself in the room to do the write ups for the magazine. And in the evening spending time with family cooking or smoking sheesha.
What workouts have you been trying out that you would recommend?
Push ups, jumping jacks, burpees, Ab crunches, high knees, butt kicks, lunges and squats. Everyday for 45 mins so that will be a great work out.
