Editor’s Picks: Mother’s Day Edition

Flowers and chocolates are cute but have tried something else?

Edition Pakistan · 6 May 2021

Is this the eve of a really long Eid weekend! Yes, indeed it is! But before that there is Mother’s Day this, Sunday 9th May. So, this week Editor’s Picks returns a little bit earlier for our Mother’s Day gift guide.

Esfir Jewels

While a piece of jewelry is always the right answer when thinking about a Mum’s Day present, Esfir’s recent pearl based collection ‘Pearlescent’ is just perfect for the occasion. With prices as low as Rs 1,800, I am pretty sure you can find something that mother will love. There’s also a free gift box with every purchase so you don’t have to worry about fancy gift wrapping either.

Ensemble

Ensemble has a special Mother’s Day Pop Up happening on 6th May. And it could easily be your one-stop shop for everything that you may want to buy for all the mother figures in your life. Essentially, it is a treasure trove for the fashionable Mum with a range of clothing, jewelry and shoe brands to choose from.

Gul Ahmed

With a dedicated Mother’s Day Lawn Collection, there’s no doubting the fact that Ideas by Gul Ahmed is a favourite of Mums of all ages. With clothing (for themselves and their children), shoes, accessories and homeware all under one roof, there is certainly something you can find for your mother. However, I am not a fan of giving mothers ‘home stuff’ for Mother’s Day – the present should be something that’s more indulgent and thoughtful. So, have a look at the Mother’s Day Lawn Collection by Gul Ahmed.

But you know what works best on Mother’s Day? Just do all her chores – let her rest and relax.

Happy Mother’s Day!
