What is one thing you make sure to do every day?
Deep breathing followed by a list everything I’m grateful for. It primes me for the day.
Have you learnt a new talent or reverted to something you used to do but didn’t have time to do which you’re loving?
Mindful coloring absolutely loving it
How are you balancing WFH vs being present for family?
I am currently very pregnant in Boston so family is first priority.
What workouts have you been trying out that you would recommend?
I haven’t been working out but Jeannette & myself have been conducting a live yoga session every Wednesday at 7pm! Join in
